Remote BodyTalk Session
$100 CAD
No travel. No table. No stress. Just real healing, wherever you are.
Remote BodyTalk sessions are done entirely from a distance (yep, seriously). You don’t need to be in the same room—or even the same province—for this work to support your body, mind, and spirit.
If you’re used to hands-on therapies, this might sound a little out there. But BodyTalk doesn’t rely on physical touch. It works by tuning into your body’s unique priorities—helping shift what’s stuck, calm your nervous system, and rewire the patterns keeping you in pain, burnout, or survival mode.
What You Do:
Find a quiet spot to lie down (or sit—whatever works)
Turn your phone on silent
Breathe, rest, stare at the ceiling, cry, drool… whatever happens, it’s perfect
You don’t have to “do” anything. Your body does the work. You just make the space.
What I Do:
I tune in to your body’s priorities using the BodyTalk system and my intuitive interface. I follow your body’s lead to identify and shift imbalances—anything from emotional trauma to digestive chaos to energetic blockages.
We stay connected throughout the session, and I’ll let you know what’s coming up and how it’s shifting—one priority at a time. It’s collaborative, clear, and completely guided by what your body is ready to heal.

BodyTalk Starter Pack

A gentle beginning with real momentum.
Sometimes one session cracks something open—but three sessions? That’s where things start to shift. This mini-series is designed to give you space, support, and steady progress without diving headfirst into a full program.
Whether you’re new to BodyTalk or just feeling like you need a little more than a one-and-done, this bundle gives your body time to unfold and integrate—without the pressure of a huge commitment.
What’s Included:
Three remote BodyTalk sessions, used at your pace (weekly is great, but it’s flexible)
Support as your system unwinds, recalibrates, and comes back online
You don’t need to know where to start—your body already does

This isn’t a crash course in “fixing” yourself—it’s a layered, transformative journey back to your own wholeness. Over five sessions, we get to slow down, go deeper, and meet your body exactly where it’s at—without forcing or rushing the process.
You’re not signing up for homework or hustle. You’re saying yes to your healing.
What’s Included:
Five remote BodyTalk sessions
Deeper layers of healing with time to integrate between sessions
Space to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface—mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically

Because some things take time. Five sessions gives us space to build trust with your system, unwind the survival patterns, and move through what’s ready to shift—at a pace that’s supportive, not overwhelming.

A 4-week, 12-session deep dive for when you’re done surviving and ready to heal.
I didn’t create this program because it sounded good on paper.
I created it because this is what I needed when I was drowning.
After trying everything—therapy, medications, self-help, supplements—I still wasn’t okay. I wasn’t getting better. And I didn’t need another checklist or routine.
I needed something deeper.
I needed support that could meet me where I was—without judgment, without shame, and without pretending healing was a straight line.
That’s what Root & Rise was born from.
What It Is:
Root & Rise is a 4-week journey (12 sessions total) designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and start healing on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and energetic.
It’s for the people who’ve already tried the “normal” routes and still feel stuck. The ones who feel like they’re managing their life instead of living it. The ones who want more than symptom relief—they want to shift the root of what’s going on.
What’s Included:
12 remote BodyTalk sessions (ideally 3 per week, but we can be flexible)
A personalized, real-time healing process based on your body’s priorities
1 bonus “maintenance” session, to be used after the program (when you need that next nudge, clarity, or reset)
My full presence and support, every step of the way
